Can’t disconnect unknown Bluetooth device

So yesterday I got a series 5 Apple Watch and paired it to my iPhone X. My watch is running version 6.1, my phone is running iOS 13.3 and since pairing my Apple Watch, and unknown Bluetooth device has also been connected. I can’t edit or disconnect the device. I have turned my Bluetooth on and off, nothing happens. I’ve reset my network settings, nothing happens. And it’s been since I’ve paired my watch with my phone.

Remove the car device from the iPhone's bluetooth list, then restart your phone. Do you still see the odd entry?

I’ve had this car charger for almost 10 months and have never experienced this. Had low battery many times. And besides that, I was in my house at the time of the screen shot, way out of range of the car device. The ONLY new variable is the Apple Watch. My phone is low on battery every day after work and I have to go into my Bluetooth settings to connect to my Bluetooth adapter and have never seen that.
