When I click in "Manage", the Storage Management app does not appear and the About this Mac window disappears too. When I try the storage management app directly, also nothing happens. How I can fix this?

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

OmniDiskSweeper shows you the files on your drive, largest to smallest, and lets you quickly Trash or open them.
Did not work in Safe Mode. The same problem, when I click in "Manage" everything disappear. Same when back in normal mode. Thanks though.
