Scam - Spotify and Apple double charged 30 TIMES!

I have discovered (albeit very late) that since 2017 apple itunes has been charging me 12.99 ad spotify has been charging me 9.99 for a premium subscription every month.

I should have noticed earlier, but with my regular book purchases and general trust in the system I did not.

Having called them up to complain I have received a refund for TWO MONTHS OF CHARGES.

That is £25 VS £389 of charges for an empty service!!!!!

Having searched the internet - this has happened to thousands of people and Apple are being useless and extremely unhelpful in taking responsibility for this.

Anyone managed to get this resolved out there???

The exact same situation - charges since 2018, only 2 months refunded by Apple. What makes me particularly mad is that Spotify informed me that the relationship between iTunes Premium subscription and Spotify was ended in April, 2018, which makes it sound like we have literally been paying for nothing to Apple and have indeed been scammed. I’m not buying into some other people’s opinion on here that it’s our fault for not checking our bank accounts more closely. I firmly believe I should be refunded the cost I paid for a non-existing service, since purchasing that subscription through iTunes alone doesn’t seem to actually give you Spotify Premium access.
