I keep losing cell service on my iPhone 7. New SIM card and reinstalling software solved the problem for a few days, but now no cell service once again. What next?

My wife’s iPhone 6 six works just fine, so it is not a location issue. Apple told me that this is an issue with some iPhone 7’s.
