How can I remove payments methods but says it requires a payment for a subscription on my account ?

How can I remove my payment card or method from my Apple ID account if it says that I can’t remove it that there is active subscription that requires payment?

You would have to cancel the subscription and probably wait until it expires before you can remove the card. If you have a subscription, you are required to have a payment on file.

Apple ID - If you can‘t choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information

If you are trying to replace the card, add the new card first, then try removing the current card.
