I always like to Time Lapse take off and landing when I’m flying, but I had problem few times that the video is not saved it shows as “Loading” but stays there forever and I can’t see or use it anywhere. I have plenty space available, +200gb I have the 256gb version

You did some great steps here to try to isolate the issue. You didn't mention does this issue happens if you take a Time-lapse video when you're not flying in a plane? Since the issue still remains, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support.

So I just did few tests.
Did 4 Time-Lapse videos connect to my Wi-Fi, all of them worked fine
Did 4 time-lapse videos with airplane mode on, all of them worked fine
This morning I did again in the plane a time-lapse during take off, worked perfect, the landing time lapse didn't work, it is stuck in the eternal Loading when I try to open it, from Camera App or from Photo app.
It's very weird, looks like the first video works, the second don't
This is happening to a ton of people. I take a ton of time-lapses for youtube videos. I often take sunsets and sunrises. I took a beautiful sunrise yesterday for 30 plus minutes and it worked fine. The next day I do it again, and I get the forever loading screen when it's compiling. VERY FRUSTRATING! I have an iphone XR, but I see it hasn't been fixed in the iphone 11's either on other threads.

It is random, it happened after I already did a time lapse video, then the second is broken, it was in a short period of time. This time I had problem I did time lapse recording a take off then after 1:30 I did again for landing, but it turned into a video of only 1 second.
I'm using 13.3.1
First time I tried was using cellular data, but even if I get into WiFi it still the same, a video from last month still not opening.

Thanks for providing those additional details. We'd like to continue to isolate this issue. Does this only happen when taking Time-lapse videos when flying? Or does this happen with any video you use Time-lapse with? Are having an issue when taking regular videos with your iPhone?

Hello Brenden, I went through the options available and it shows me only apps that were recent purchase, I can't select the camera app to report something about the Camera feature time lapse.
