I had to reset my Apple password. Since doing that, I can’t send or receive texts on my IPad or Mac. In setting, my phone number is not listed for send or receive in Messages or FaceTime. Everything had been working fine. Somehow both devices have deleted my phone number. How do I fix this?

Yes, I have an IPhone. Everything was working fine till I had to reset my Apple password on my Mac.
Phone number does not appear on IPad or Mac. Cannot send or receive text messages.
