My activity app closes all rings every day even though I'm not exercising that much. Why is this happening?

The fix was in two steps. First I reset my Apple watch. This cut me off from my wife's activity data. She fills up her rings every day without fail. Her data was being exported to my watch (for some reason) daily at midnight . After the watch reset, last night's final data looked more like me. Then today I calibrated my activity data per your link. I think my data will be much more accurate now.

Still don't know how our watches got crossed up like that.
