I want to cancel my Apple TV. I should have a year free but I received a charge on my credit card bill. I called the number on my bill and received a recording that directed me to iTunes.

How can I cancel Apple TV. Should have it free for 1 year thru sprint but received a bill on my credit card

Here’s how to cancel:

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

and check your purchase history to see what the charges say it’s for.

Also it’s worth noting that some people think the free year includes free movies from iTunes and they get one thinking they won’t be charged. The free year if activated correctly isn’t charging people.
