Transfer content to new phone?

I'm upgrading to an iPhone XR from an iPhone 6. Since the normal micro-SIM card is not compatible, can the photos, contacts, etc somehow be transferred to my new phone? The face of my old phone is totally smashed, so I can't use Airdrop. Any insight and/or recommendations are greatly appreciated! Thanks

If you have a backup of your 6, you can restore that backup to your XR.

If you have not backed up your 6, your data will be lost.
