screen time requests

my daughters iphone is no longer letting her request a screen time for more apps, and i want her to be able request time on something communication related after downtime but without having to give her no limits on it. how can i enable the requests again?

Must approve Screen Time requests twice every time For some reason, whenever my daughter requests screen time from her phone I get the screen time request notification and approve, but it doesn’t go through and she has to ask a second time. It seems to stick the second time. Quite annoying, any ideas?
