Battery drain after updating to iOS 13.3.1

My iPad Pro is 1 year and 3 month Old, is draning battery so fast from 100% - 10% in aprox. 4 - 5 ours. And it is after udating to 13.3.1 ios. That is not good. I hope and cross my fingers, that appel will be fixing that issue in a hurry. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Reset my settings, then updated to 13.4 but no relief. Battery percentage reporting is entirely unreliable now – phone indicated 62% before it died just now, then showed 14% when I plugged it in and started. Still seeing 270% battery usage on a day with less than 3h of activity. Whatever it's doing in the background, I'd like to know.

Worse here too. My phone has crashed at least ten times. I’ve had it plugged in for hours at a time, and when unplugged my battery percentage is at 10%. Then it immediately crashes. Ten times.

I don’t know how they did it, but they made it worse.

I literally now have to keep the phone plugged in all the time. It’s less useful than a cordless phone.

I now own a $700 corded phone. It might as well have a rotary dial.

Funny... an early design of the iPhone included a rotary dial. Too bad, might come in handy now.

No change here after iOS 13.4 update. I’m still getting unusually short operation on battery. The battery consumption percentages being charged to apps seem to be greater than expected and the amount of screen on time seems to be over-stated at times.

I wish I could say that!!!! I use mine for Medical control of implants for pain.... let’s say it’s not doing very well right now. About 15 minute time without being plugged in....

Apple are you listening??????? This totally sucks!!!

I have a never-used iPhone 6S I recently purchased and that I had been planning to take to the Apple Store for help swapping for my current 6S with the terrible battery drain. Unfortunately, the pandemic put that plan on hold. I am a little reluctant to make the swap in case iOS 13.x is actually causing the iPhone to mis-operate in a way that results in physical damage. So far, no change with iOS 13.4, the battery level randomly drops rapidly for no obvious reason despite 95% battery health.

Note also that since each update necessitates the system reindexing its resources, the first few days may result in higher power consumption and less battery life.

hello,i just updated my iphone XS Max to iOS 13.3.1 and now my battery health just drop to 99%..already use my iphone for 2 months already..so dissapointed

Same problem here with an iPhone XS. Battery drained within 5 hours from 100% to 36% while being on my desktop unused most of the time.

After a restart of my phone, the battery consumption seems to be back on a normal level.

After a week of new IOS update the battery drain ( Iphone XS Max ) is way above previous iOS version.

Apple, pls provide a fast update to cure the problem.
