Safari 13.0.5 update not available

On my macBookPro 13,3 Safari 13.0.5 is not offered. I am on 10.14.6. For some reasons I want to wait to upgrade to 10.15.

Also, the current version of Safari, 13.0.4. is not working anymore. When starting Safari nothing happens and after a some time it comes with a crash report.

Which says:

I also performed the steps to reset the SMC and NVRAM but neither one is working.

I've logged in with another account which gives me the same result. So it's not a user setting issue.

I cannot get my macBook in Safe Mode. I tried booting with the 'shift' button but when looking in the "System Information" it still says " Boot mode : normal".

Starting Safari in Safe mode will also result in a crash report. But the report will come up immediately instead of some time later.

What can I do, without re-installing 10.14.6. or upgrading to 10.15 to get Safari working again? Any tips are welcome.

Shut down the computer.

Hold the "option" key down and press the power button.

If you see the screen showing the HD/SSD, select it.

Click the “Scan Now” button. Once done, quit Malwarebytes for Mac.

Restart the computer and relaunch Safari holding the shift key down.

       Scan for Malware again.
