Unenrolled in Beta. My version is Catalina 10.15 Beta. I am not able to update to the latest version.

No it's not. If you are actually on 10.15 beta, there was the release version of Catalina 10.15, the 10.15.1 betas, the release version of 10.15.1, the 10.15.2 betas, etc. 10.15.3 is the newest version.
Catalina is a older version than what I have right now. I am on Catalina 10.15 Beta. Though I have opted out of Beta program, software update is still not finding the latest update for my Mac Pro. The latest update that was released today is Catalina 10.15.3
