I want to reply to an email and include its thread conversation. This is checked in 'view'. I can see the conversations. But when I select reply, only the single latest email is selected. The conversation thread is not included.

I think you're stuck with what is in what is in the email you\re replying to, but can't the other end view Conversations?

No, I don't think the other side can view the thread. It's a support line for an app and they asked me to reply to the thread because that way they have the case history. It seems that every time I reply, the reply doesn't carry the thread. When I open the incoming email, the full conversation appears on the right. But when I select reply, only the latest received email is selected with a blue border.
Hmmmm, in Mail>Prefs>Composing, is Increase Quote level checked?,as well as include all the original text?
Any outcome?
