Repair

Hey! And I bought a new iPhone Xs yesterday and unfortunally a dropped my phone and my screen cracked. I am just wondering if I want a repair IF you guys going to charge me for it!

If you did not purchase AppleCare+ to go with it, you are out of luck so prepare to pay the full price for the repair, as well as the hassle of prescinding with the thing while it gets fixed.


If you do have AC+, you can use up one of your two alotted 'Accidental Damage' incidents and for a service fee get a new device of the same characteristics.


In either case, do make a full backup of the thing before doing the repair/replace if you have any sort of important info on it already. Use iTunes on a computer (or MacOS 10.15 Catalina's Finder if so equipped).
