A new MacBook battery
i bought A new MacBook air but the battery won't charging, and in energy saver tab this message shows: Battery condition: Replace now.current battery charge:0%
did anyone know, what is the problem?and what is the solution?

That’s not typical. You should be able to get the battery replaced for free under warranty if it’s new and coming up with that message.
