I have two apps I'm trying to remove from Launchpad. One is for Dashlane and the other for Keeper. I believe I've removed everything else about them but they persist. Both have a "?" on them. Any help? Thanks

Works like your iPhone. Click on the app's icon and hold down the mouse button until the apps start to wiggle. Click on the circled 'x' in the upper left corner.

Thank you? I tried that yesterday and they just continued to wiggle. I assumed it had something to do with the question mark that showed across the icon. This morning they disappeared when i did it.
