My ipad isn't showing the tabs across devices
My iPad used to show all open tabs across my devices (MacBook, iPhone and iPad. It is no longer doing that. How can I restore that ability?

Has your Mac been updated recently to MacOS Catalina - or your iPhone updated to iOS13.x - whilst your iPad continues to run iOS12.x? Apple’s “continuity” functions do not now appear to be fully compatible cross-version.
iOS12.x (and prior) devices don’t appear to exhibit universal compatibility with MacOS Catalina and iOS/iPadOS 13.x. For example, my “13.x” devices can see each-other - but not my “12.x” devices. Similarly, my “12.x” devices can also see each-other - but not my “13.x” devices.
