The app store won't let me download apps

I've been trying to get the game "Please Don't Touch Anything" for my little brother, but it won't let me download it. All it does is load for a little bit and then acts as if I never tapped it.

Anybody know the answer?

It isn't any of these:

Internet is not connected, or the internet is too bad;

No space left on iPad;

You are using 4G and the app is over 100MB;

The IPad isn't up to date

Everything's fine, right? If something isn't, please oh sweet heaven tell me.
