AirPods Pro don't flash a white light so can't link to my iPhone

I just received my AirPods pro. Initial setup was easy and everything worked fine. One earbud didn't work after three days. I tried to reset the charging case, but it doesn't flash a white light, so can't link to my iPhone. Help!
