emoji keyboard on iphone 6s using 13.3.1
The emoji keyboard appears in my list of selected keyboards in settings, but is not available as a choice when I want to text. It has worked for many months on this iphone, but suddenly stopped appearing.

I don't have a > after my emoji. When you check the keyboard when texting, what are you seeing in the lower left corner? When you tap there, you do not see emoji as a choice? If not, you could try removing the emoji selection, then power cycle the iPhone and then add it back. See if that brings it up. I only have my standard keyboard and emoji, so I cannot really be sure about changes with multiple keyboards.

Power the phone off and back on again and check. If that does not work, then reset the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and release. The phone will reboot. If that does not work, come back.

I did the reset but still no emoji keyboard.
Should I be seeing the “>” next to emoji in the list of keyboards as it appears next to the other two keyboards?
What else might work?
I deleted the Bitmoji and now the emoji works. Not sure what changed since both were working until recently. Thanks for your prompt help!
Now that you mention Bitmoji, I remember seeing another post like that. There seems to be a conflict there. Glad you got it working.
