How can I navigate to the iTunes login on windows computer
Apple's site is of no help directing me to a site where i Can log into my iTunes account to find my balance, so I'm hoping someone here will help, thanks.

if you are looking for a website, there isn't one! But you can see your balance from the iTunes app on your phone or PC:
View your credit balance on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or computer
