Unlock when found

Lost my iPad and locked it from the App and from Apple. Found it and need to remove the lock. What steps do I need to take? Thank you

If you put it into Lost Mode, see this about removing it. Use Lost Mode in Find My iPhone on iCloud.com - Apple Support
