Hello! I pay $0.99 every month for 50 gb in iCloud but this month apple want to get $4.99 and I don’t understand why. Please help

Money. Apple take £0.79 p prr month for iCloud+ , but refuse to acknowledge so only get 5 gbt on iCloud. Can anybody tell me how to speak to Apple? Please.

This read says it still is $ .99 per mo. for 50GB. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201238
