Someone's Lost iphone

Ok, so my cousin found this lost iphone and we weren't sure who it belonged to. I put it into recovery mode and tried to reset it. It is activation locked. I want to return it to the original owner but all the info i have about them is N.....@hotmail.com

How can I return it?
