Restore App from backup

I did a back up the other day before updating my phone. During updating something happened and I had to restore phone then restore the backup. When restoring was done there was an app I use alot that was not on the app store anymore. Is there anyway to pull the app from the back up and put it back on my phone?

iCloud backups include app data but not the actual apps.
