signing into my Apple TV

I have inputed my apple email and password into my Apple TV but it will not accept them. Apple I cloud has accepted my email and password before I am able to write this quarry. So they must be correct?

Also I am being asked to input a 6 digit pin into my Apple TV but I do not know how to do that? I am just left with the password prompt box again.

Hello,

This sounds like it is related to Two-Factor Authentication. You will need to generate a secure code and type it after your password. Example: password123456
