Macbook Air & Many Folder

My photos are long so its about 5 years so when i open the folder its so many folder like 2001 2002 2003 like that i want it to be like only one folder,

Please tell me how.

File organisers I am using Mac Pro in which many files are there including photos. Like to transfer in my I pad mini and also create folders with index to keep all file in a very organised way. Please guide. Regards

Select Photos from the Library, then All Photos from the selection tabs in the title bar.
