i’m trying to figure out why movies on Apple TV show as French titles both in the store and when watching. The system settings are set to English. An example of this is when watching Star Wars the prologue shows up in French but the audio for the movie comes through as English
I am having this same problem, but am in Japan. For ten years my Apple products and apps have worked flawlessly in English... now Apple TV App is in Japanese. I can’t read the menus etc, so I can’t even start finding stuff to watch with my free 1 year subscription. Every movie etc I click on has a price next to it...
itunes, music, and all other apps have the menus etc in English. Seems odd.
Are you in a region where French is the primary language/one of the more prevalent languages?
