No, it is not possible to purchase any iPhone from the US website to be delivered in India. Apple does NOT ship internationally. You will need to purchase your iPhone from an authorized seller where you live. iPhone warranty is NOT international either. If you could buy your iPhone from the US and you find you need service, you would have to physically return the phone to the US for service.

Yes it is possible. There several authorized Apple Retailers in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Here is the Apple Website I searched and found for India-->>https://www.apple.com/in/

I really am not sure how that works or even if that works at all. Be careful when you do this because there may be additional costs of shipping, customs, duties that you may not be familiar. In the end you may not save anything. The other thing is that the iPhone bought from US will retain no warranty outside of the USA. Do research on that subject as well. I don't want you to save money up front and then end up paying for other fees and duties after the purchase and also lose the warranty.
