apple tv remote control won't work sometimes with some apps
does anyone else have trouble with the apple remote not working with some apps

yes, I even talked w/apple the other day they helped me and it seems to work
(except when i try to swipe when I'm in the fubotv app it won't move sometimes, but if I go to other apps it works fine
