Delete subscription history

Unfortunately you cannot delete it. If you feel strongly about having this control over your account then I recommend that you provide feedback to Apple directly. I did that as well. Here is how-->>https://www.apple.com/feedback/

You cannot. All purchase history remain in the account data.
