My iphone 7 im sure has been hacked and some apps compromised. Also certain settings changed for example the phone microphone disabled. What can be done?
iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13
Backup your iPhone, then restore it to factory settings via Mac or PC using iOS Recovery Mode; for instructions see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252.
After the restore of your iPhone to factory settings is done, see if Microphone works. If note, your iPhone is having a hardware issue and would need to be serviced.

Unless the iPhone has been jailbroken, it cannot be hacked. If you have an app that you believe to be compromised, it is either an individual login for that app, or your Apple ID has been compromised.
