How do I turn off or close the yellow text bubbles that pop up when my mouse hovers over things?

Go to the "Help" menu in GarageBand and disable all checkmarks for "Quick Help".

GarageBand on iPadOS hangs when any edit is done I've used my iPad as a music scratchpad with GarageBand, my guitar and keyboard for the past few years. Lately I've noticed that the app essentially freezes whenever I make even the slightest edit like sliding an audio track down the timeline. It hangs for around a minute or so. It's pretty much unusable at this point. Has anyone noticed this issue with GarageBand 2.3.10?

Where are my cool looking controls in Garageband 10? I'm having a major issue. I have a 2012 MacBook Pro- 16 GB RAM- Intel i5 and an older Garageband 10. Now in Garageband when I select any track or Instrument or vocal or whatever I should be seeing something in the control panel section... and I am not seeing anything! As you can see. I have selcted different tracks, tried different configurations, I've tried making the window bigger, smaller... nothing has worked. I've Restarted and updated my computer... I've tried everything and I'm not seeing those cool looking controls. Why? Thank you.
