My left AirPod is making a buzzing sound
So whenever I connect my AirPods my right works perfectly normal, but my left one is making a buzzing sound, and it’s all the time, doesn’t matter if I’m listening to something.

If resetting did not solve the issue, you'll have to get them serviced.
