How to Fix Lock/Unlock on Ipad Mini 9.3.5

I can't find lock/unlock on my settings after i reset it. If I search it it appears but if i click it it doesn't work.after the day before i reset it I found the lock unlock but after resetting it lock/unlock doesn't show again
