Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

cancelled my order and tried to re-order but there was an error with the billing process

I cancelled my order as I chose the wrong timing and Apple said the refund would take around 2 days. I then tried to order again but there was a notice saying that there was an error with the transaction process. I then tried again a few more times and the same thing notice popped up. Should I wait until the refund is processed before ordering again? I am also unsure of why the transaction process did not go through.

Hmm, it seems like it is taking awhile to get the refund to your account. See this:

https://store.apple.com/Catalog/US/Images/orderstatuslearnmore.html

For your new order, do you have sufficient funds in your account? If you do, it should go through. Perhaps there is some other billing issue:

If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store
