Unable to get APPLE TV FREE SUBSCRIPTION FOR ONE YEAR

“Your free year of Apple TV+ is included when you buy a new iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac after September 10, 2019, from Apple or an Apple-authorized reseller. Your new device must also be capable of running the latest iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, or macOS.”

“You can activate your free Apple TV+ subscription after you set up your new Apple device. Simply follow the steps outlined above.”

Additionally, you and your Apple ID’s billing address must be in a region where Apple TV+ is available.

If you think you qualify for this offer, and if you did as described in the linked document, and you still do not get the year-offer presented to you, then contact Apple Support for assistance.

If you purchased a qualifying device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Mac, Apple TV) from Apple or an authorized reseller then you would be able to claim the offer on that device once setup and signed in with Apple ID. Note: Refurbished and open box items from other sellers would not qualify and previous subscribers would not be able to claim the offer.
