Money is gone

I just uplaoded 5 euros to my apple id, it is charged from my bank account. But its not on my apple id.. what do i have to do

Try signing out of the App Store/iTunes and back in to see if that refreshes your balance.


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
