Watch freezes enlarged

The past few weeks I've had a problem with my Series 5 watch freezing with what appears to be a super enlarged display & nothing fixes it other than waiting it out for several minutes. I've tried a hard reset on it but nothing fixes it. Is this a known issue? Tapping the screen does nothing & pushing the bezel will take you to the list of apps but then right back to this screen. I'll continue to receive text messages, etc but can't read anything that comes in. It's virtually unusable until it decides to clear itself.
