Hey community!
i bought a new battery for my really old macbook (late 2008).
battery is produced in 2018 see coconut battery info...
macOS want me to change battery now!?
i can work up to three hours with it, so i think this is ok
does anyone know to solve this problem?

The quality of third party Lithium-ion batteries is extremely poor. Coconut Battery is showing your Current Charge & Capacity are actually more than the Design Capacity which may be why Coconut Battery is reporting an issue since it doesn't expect this to happen when calculating the health of the battery. Whether this is or will be a problem is uncertain, however, if you are only getting three hours of use out of the battery, then I think you have a problem (although I do forget how long you can run on an Apple battery for the 2008).
Have you performed an SMC reset? Or calibrated the battery?
There is European source for 'newertech' or OWC battery replacements
(good ones) for early 2006 through later 2010 Intel-based portable Macs.
The Late 2008 'Aluminum' unibody is sought; can upgrade to El Capitan.
This identifies as MacBook5.1, and does not always appear in OWC pages.
