Wrong album mentioned under Epidemiya artist on iTunes

Good time of the day !

I've been browsing iTunes search for the band "Epidemiya" (Эпидемия in original, russian band). when entering the artist page, I saw that an album is there from another band (the album called Leprocomio, see screenshot)

How I know that it is not their album ?

The album is not included in their official band releases, wikipedia doesn't have info about it (I know it's not an argument, but I tried :D), the music is different (symphonic metal, metal opera vs death metal)

Treat this as a "bug report".
