Celine Dion deluxe album

Hello,

i bought Celine Dion’s deluxe album Courage and only 15 out of her 20 songs were able to download because I am not located in Canada but the United States. There was no warning before buying that the songs were not available on account from the US or I would have bought the other album (not deluxe) for $ 13.99 instead of the $16.99.

Can I have access to the songs somehow? Is it a presale and they will be available later in the US? Thank you.
