downgrade to macOS high sierra.

Hello I want to downgrade Catalina to High Sierra, becouse this Catalina is just awful... not working applications, also adobe and VJ softwares are crushing... and i could not download the high sierra installer from appstore... god ****.... WHERE TO GET DOWNLOAD FILE INSTEAD OF GETTING IT FROM APPSTORE, witch says that OS versions is not supported to each other?
