My Apple TV Not working

I've check the cords, it’s plugged directly into the tv, I changed the hdmi cord. The light blinks on the device and the screen is black with a Apple logo

many suggestions.

My Apple TV box is flashing rapidly and the screen is black. My Apple TV box is flashing rapidly and the screen is black. TV is working and all wires are connected. Tried unplugging and plugging back in but no joy. Can anyone advise how to resolve? Thanks.
