Macbook won't boot from internal ssd drive, booting from usb.

I was having issues in booting my macbook pro (mid 2012), It was booting sometimes, Sometimes it won't boot and empty folder with question mark in it appears.

So i bought a lexar ns100 512gb SSD. SSD was not formating or booting when installed in mbp internally, But when i use it through USB dock it is booting and formating.

Does anyone know how can i use ssd internally installed

You most likely have a defective internal hard drive cable which is extremely common on the 13" MBPro (mid-2012) model, but other models can also be affected. Try replacing the internal hard drive cable. This cable could have been the problem with your original hard drive as well.
