metals in rose gold apple watch series 4

does the rose gold apple watch series 4 contain any gold or is it just a finish? i have a gold allergy that includes common metallic elements found in fake gold and I see that the rose gold is on the front and back of the watch itself.

There is no gold, “fake” or otherwise in the aluminum Watch.
