Wife’s emails keep getting put into my junk mail folders.

And I don’t want the to (that is the joke). Despite following every rule I can find and resetting my preferences to include sending her emails to as she is in my contact book, apple mail continues to send her emails to the junk folders. Any and all suggestions short of deleting the mailbox and starting over are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried going to the email provider's website to see if there is an option there that allows you to set a rule to mark her emails as not junk? If she is sending from an iCloud address, go to iCloud.com/Mail using a computer browser, click the gear at the bottom left and select Rules. Add a rule there.
