I lost my photos app on my iMac when I upgraded to Catalina. How do I get it back? It's not in the app store.

Anyone know how to recover a photos app?

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.15

Well, I just opened the library from my account and it magically appeared. Strange, it didn't show up when I used the search function and I couldn't find it in my applications.
